Privacy Policy

• Families remain in control of what is shared, with whom, and when.
• Nothing identifying is shared without explicit permission.
• We collect the minimum information needed to serve you.
• We never sell personal information, and we never share it with advertisers.
• Ask ACRES never exposes information about another family, steward, or partner.

Depending on how you use ACRES KEPT, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email, phone (if provided), and password credentials.
• Profile information — the Family Profile, Property Profile, Steward Profile, or Partner Profile you choose to complete.
• Assessment responses — the Family Readiness Assessment, kept private to your account and used only to shape guidance.
• Reading Room and Resource Library progress — used to tailor recommendations for you.
• Ask ACRES conversations — used to answer your questions and improve the guardrails of the assistant.
• Payment metadata — subscription status and receipts, processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Basic technical data — device type, general geography, referral source — via privacy-first analytics you can opt out of.

• To personalize your guidance without exposing you to anyone else.
• To match families with stewards and partners aligned to their disciplines, jurisdictions, and readiness — only after mutual consent.
• To operate the platform safely (fraud protection, account security, subscription management).
• To improve the product based on aggregate patterns, not individual profiles.

• You always see your own profile, assessment, property information, and Ask ACRES history.
• Stewards and partners see only what you release — and only after you have approved an introduction.
• Ask ACRES personalizes to your account only. It cannot see or reference another family, steward, or partner.
• The ACRES KEPT team may access account data to support you, investigate abuse, or comply with law — never to share with third parties.

We do not sell personal information. We share only with vendors that operate the platform on our behalf (for example, hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics you have consented to). These vendors are contractually bound to use the information only to provide their services to ACRES KEPT.

We may disclose information if required by valid legal process, or to protect the safety of a family, steward, or partner. When we can, we will tell you first.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by writing to alesia@acreskept.com. Some records (for example, subscription receipts) may be retained where required by law or by our payment processor.

• Access — request a copy of the information tied to your account.
• Correction — update anything that is out of date or inaccurate.
• Deletion — ask us to remove your personal information.
• Consent withdrawal — revoke analytics or communication permissions at any time.

ACRES KEPT is designed for adults acting on behalf of themselves and their families. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
