Terms of Use

ACRES KEPT is operated by Keziah LandBridge Initiative LLC. The platform provides education, coordination, and access to a stewardship network. ACRES KEPT is not a real estate brokerage, law firm, financial advisor, title company, or engineering / surveying firm.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You agree to provide truthful information in your profile and assessments.
• You will use the platform for its intended stewardship, educational, and coordination purposes.

Some features require a paid membership. Subscription fees, renewal cadence, and cancellation are described at checkout. Fees are charged by Stripe on our behalf. You may cancel your membership at any time; you retain access through the end of the paid period.

You agree not to:

• impersonate another family, steward, or partner
• use ACRES KEPT to solicit commissions on land sales
• attempt to access another user's account, profile, or assessment
• copy, resell, or redistribute ACRES KEPT materials outside your own use
• reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm another person

ACRES KEPT does not provide real estate brokerage services, legal advice, financial or investment advice, title services, or engineering or surveying certifications. When those services are needed, we introduce you to vetted professionals with your permission. Your engagement with any professional partner is between you and that partner.

Introductions between families, stewards, and partners are opt-in on every side and reviewed by ACRES KEPT before contact information is exchanged. ACRES KEPT does not earn commissions on land sales. Any professional relationship formed through an introduction is a direct relationship between the parties.

Ask ACRES and related AI features provide educational guidance only. They do not give legal, financial, or professional advice. Their responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be relied on for consequential decisions without a qualified human. See the Ask ACRES Guidance and AI Transparency policies for detail.

All content, methodology, trademarks, and platform materials are the property of Keziah LandBridge Initiative LLC or its licensors. Details and permitted uses are in the Intellectual Property policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put families, stewards, or partners at risk. You may close your account at any time.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACRES KEPT and Keziah LandBridge Initiative LLC disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us for the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email, and the Last Updated date at the top of the page will change accordingly.
