Beta Tester Agreement

This agreement applies to Founding Families, Founding Stewards, Founding Partners, and any other participant given early or preview access to ACRES KEPT prior to general availability.

During your beta access you will see product, methodology, and roadmap information that has not been released publicly. You agree to keep it confidential.

• Do not share screenshots, screen recordings, or exported materials from the platform outside your household or firm.
• Do not post about unreleased features, pricing, or roadmap details on social media, in newsletters, or in public forums.
• Do not describe internal workflows, matching logic, or steward or partner information to third parties.
• You may share, at a high level, that you are participating in the ACRES KEPT beta and that you find it useful — please do not go beyond that without our permission.

All platform materials — Reading Rooms, workbooks, templates, methodology, marks, and software — remain the property of Keziah LandBridge Initiative LLC as described in the Intellectual Property policy. Beta access does not transfer any ownership interest to you.

If you share feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports with us, you grant Keziah LandBridge Initiative LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve ACRES KEPT — without obligation to compensate or attribute you. You retain the right to use your own ideas outside of ACRES KEPT; we simply do not want a suggestion you make in a call to encumber the roadmap later.

Your beta access is a license to use ACRES KEPT for its intended purpose — helping your family, firm, or stewardship practice. It is not a license to extract, imitate, or repurpose what we've built. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Copy, mirror, republish, or redistribute any platform materials — including Reading Rooms, workbooks, templates, letters, methodology descriptions, screenshots, or Ask ACRES conversations — in any medium, in whole or in part.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, prompts, models, matching logic, or infrastructure of ACRES KEPT, Ask ACRES, or any related system.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, crawlers, bots, agents, or AI systems to harvest, index, mirror, fine-tune on, embed, or train against ACRES KEPT content, methodologies, or Ask ACRES outputs — whether for research, benchmarking, or model development.
• Create, contribute to, or advise on any derivative work, competing product, service, network, or methodology that is based on, adapted from, or substantially informed by proprietary ACRES KEPT materials, workflows, or the Legacy Accelerator framework.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform outside of features and APIs we expressly provide.
• Use ACRES KEPT materials or Ask ACRES outputs to train or evaluate any competing system, model, or dataset.

These restrictions survive the end of your beta access and apply to anyone acting on your behalf or with your credentials.

• Expect rough edges. Tell us about them.
• Assume anything you see today may change tomorrow.
• Ask questions in the open — every question improves the platform for the next family.
• If something feels off — a piece of language, a policy, a promise — say so.

The confidentiality and IP obligations above continue after your beta access ends, for as long as the underlying information remains non-public. When ACRES KEPT opens more broadly, we will update or replace this agreement and let you know.

Before you access ACRES KEPT during beta, we ask you to check "I have read and agree to the ACRES KEPT Beta Tester Agreement" and select I Agree and Continue. When you do, we record your account, the version of the agreement you accepted, the timestamp, and — where available — your IP address and browser user agent, so both of us have a durable record. Selecting Decline returns you to the sign-in page and no platform access is granted. If any of this is unclear, write to alesia@acreskept.com before continuing.
